"Sneak Peak" of Third Grade this Year

Well, fellow bloggers, it's a new school year! New kids and a new theme...Learning in "Hollywood", I mean at "Norwood"! 

We are off to a great start this year, and I am so thankful for every child that was placed in my class. Amazing things are about to go down! Lots of new changes at Norwood, but I'm very blessed with two new administrators and a staff that is like my  "extended" family. I have added some new pics but not the most up to date. More to come soon. Also, my first semester in grad school at UT is under way. I am loving my classes, and I am learning so much about learning theories, technology integration, and design. Be on the lookout for a section completely devoted to instructional technology. My goal is to share and reflect on what I am learning and provide resources for my fellow educators! Hope all is well on the flip side! Love, Elle

Rockstar Theme Classroom

Last school year, our classroom theme was "Third Grade Rockstars". This group of students were definitely "Rockstars" and the theme was carried out through the entire year. I will post pictures now, then add activities, templates, and handouts that go along with this theme at a later date. Remember, "Keep Calm, and Rock On!" :-)
